He has different types of leadership skills like, communication, motivation, creativity, positivity, feedback, delegating, trustworthiness, work ethics, conscientiousness and dispute settlement. The implementation of leadership skills in an effective and satisfactory manner depends upon various factors. He has types of job duties, situations, goals and objectives and customer demands. When he is putting into operation one or more types of skills, he has to ensure that he prove to be beneficial to the individuals, internal and external to the organization as well as the organization as a whole.
